By using this site you accept the terms below. Black Ink Art Tattoo Piercing ("Black Ink Art", "we") runs this site to present the tattoo and piercing studio, give information and take booking requests. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is for

The information, prices, opening hours and sample work on the site are for information only. The exact price and the appointment are agreed with the studio; a price or availability on the site is not a binding offer. The booking form does not make a reservation, it only prepares your request as a WhatsApp message; an appointment is confirmed only once the studio agrees.

2. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, drawings, logo and design on the site belong to Black Ink Art or are published with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission. Linking to the site to share it is welcome.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give correct information that is yours in the forms.
• For the 18+ rule and consent requirements see the Age & Consent Policy.
• Only add photos and designs to the try-on tool that are yours or that you have the right to use.

4. Prohibited use

• Trying to damage, slow down or block access to the site or its server.
• Harvesting data in bulk with automated tools, or sending spam or unlawful content through the forms.
• Trying to gain unauthorised access to the admin panel or to other people's information.
• Using the site to mislead others or to impersonate someone.

5. The try-on tool and care articles

The 3D and photo try-on tool is a simulation: the real result can differ depending on your body shape, skin tone, the technique used and the artist's interpretation. The guides and aftercare articles are general information, not medical advice; if you have a health problem or see symptoms during healing, see a doctor. 6. External links

The site links to other sites such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Piercingland (piercingland.com.tr). Piercingland is a separate shop site belonging to the studio's own brand and has its own terms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites.

7. Limits of liability

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from being unable to reach the site or from using the information on it. Your rights under consumer law are unaffected.

8. Changes to the service and the terms

We may change the site and these terms without notice. The current version is always on this page; the date at the top shows the last update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
