This page explains what information is processed when you visit this website, why, and what your rights are. For information you give us in person at the studio, see the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

2. What we process, and how

• Contact form. Your name, phone number or e-mail address and your message. When you press send, this is delivered to the studio's mailbox; the site does not keep it in a database.
• Booking form. The form runs only in your browser. What you fill in does not reach us; when you press "send on WhatsApp" it opens as a ready-made message in your own WhatsApp app. We only receive the message you actually send on WhatsApp.
• 3D and photo try-on tool. Photos and designs you add are processed in your browser and are not sent to our server. The model files needed for background removal are downloaded from IMG.LY's server (staticimgly.com) the first time you use the tool; for that request only your IP address and browser details reach that server, not your photos.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider's server may keep standard access logs for security and operation: IP address, browser and device details, the address requested, and the time. The contact form also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and the send times in a 10-minute counter to block spam; it is not linked to the content of your message and is deleted from the server once it expires.
• What you write to us directly. If you reach us by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or Instagram, what you share on that channel is used to answer your request, in addition to that channel's own terms.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set cookies of its own. Your browser keeps only one record, to remember your cookie choice. External content such as the map and, if used, analytics, only run if you allow them. For the full list see the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page.

4. Analytics

This site does not currently use any analytics or marketing tool. If that changes, it will run only if you allow it in your cookie preferences, and this page will be updated.

5. Purposes and legal grounds

• Answering your message and booking request: it is directly related to forming a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Keeping the site secure and working, and preventing spam and misuse: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• External content and, if used, analytics: your explicit consent, given through your cookie preferences and withdrawable at any time.
• Legal obligations: where the applicable law requires it.

6. Third-party services we use

Links to Instagram, Piercingland and WhatsApp take you to other sites; data processing there is governed by that site's own policy.

7. Transfers abroad

The servers of the services above may be outside Türkiye, in which case your information may be transferred abroad. For the map and analytics this rests on the consent you give through your cookie preferences; for messages and bookings, on carrying out the service you asked for.

8. Retention

• Contact form messages: kept as long as needed to answer your request, then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them.
• Spam counter record: 10 minutes.
• Your cookie choice: up to 12 months in your browser; you can remove it at any time by clearing browser data.
• Server access logs: our hosting provider's own retention period applies.

9. Security

The connection to this site is protected by HTTPS. Only authorised people can enter the admin panel, and login attempts are limited. No internet connection can be perfectly secure, so please do not put passwords, ID numbers or medical reports in the contact form.

10. Your rights and how to apply

Under art. 11 of the KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; ask that these actions be notified to those third parties; object to a result against you produced solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer loss from unlawful processing.

We update this page when the site or the law changes; the current version is always on this page and the date above shows the last update.
